I believe it is both dangerous and harmful along with other things like, childish, nonsense and idiotic. There is no need for it. What people do on their free time is their business not someone else's. If I hear a rumor I tend to disregard it. I consider the source, and if I care about that person I will bring it to their attention as nicely as I can put it. I want to leave you with this, if your gossiping about people how long do you think it will be before people do the same to you? Do you really want that?

Some helpful tips and tricks that I use to learn my speeches are very simple. I like to sit by myself without any distractions so I can concentrate. Then I say the speech out loud so I can hear what I sound like. I repeat this a few times, then I start to pick up on it. I then begin going through my speech and find words to enunciate at the precise time. I feel by using and practicing these few little tricks I have made a vast improvement. Whenever I speak now I am more fluent. However, I feel as if I need to be more calm whenever I approach the stand. To counter this I plan to start practicing my speeches in front of my friends.
